  • The Way of the Warrior

    The Bushido Club gets its name from the ancient Bushido Code. Bushidō (武士道, meaning "the way of the warrior") is a code of values and virtues of the Samurai. Respect, Honor, Courage, Duty, Loyalty are all a part of the code of the Samurai.

  • Pillars

    Taking inspiration from the Way of the Warrior, I have designed the Bushido Club around several key pillars that every Coach or Personal Trainer should be well-versed in. (1) The Art of Coaching (assessments, program design, exercise selection, periodization, and much more) (2) The Science (biochemistry, biomechanics, energy systems, and more. This is the Pillar where you'll find all the nerdy details!) (3) Old School Iron (learning from the legends of the Iron Game), (4) Practical Applications For the Coach/Trainer of the Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, (5) Nutrition (fueling the mind, body and spirit for optimal, health, longevity, and performance), (6) Light, Water, and Magnetism, (7) Monthly Q and A sessions.

  • Weekly Content

    As a member, each month you will receive three video lectures or modules pertaining to one of the key pillars, and a recorded Q and A session. These Q and A's are long, in-depth, and worth the membership price alone!
